Bible Study

We meet once per month for Bible Study (approximately 1.25 hours long), following resources from the ELW Esprit magazine. (See www.elw.ca for further information)

 

 

Study Series

From March until May, 2006, Pastor Vern Sundmark has been leading us through a series of studies on "How The Bible Came To Be" and understanding faith in 21st Century North America.

Confirmation / Catechumenate

This extended course of study, led by Pastor Tyler Gingrich, leads to a rite of Affirmation of Baptism, or Baptism. The basics of the faith - Apostles' Creed, Lord's Prayer, Sacraments, Ten Commandments - are learned, and there is lots of conversation around how we live our faith today in our context.

 

 

We have a number of books and resources that we make available to those who have questions about the Christian faith, and Lutheranism. We invite conversation about other world religions and how Christianity fits into a pluralistic world. Feel free to bring your questions about faith and life to church, and let's discuss with open hearts and minds!
